A strong absinthe with no sugar.

One of the most authentic recipes created by distilling a mixture of rigorously selected plants such as wormwood, green aniseed, star anise, fennel, gentian or even mugwort.

The natural color of the 72% vol. Amer Abisinthe® is created through plant infusion.

An absinthe from Distillerie Lemercier Frères with a gentle bitterness, a herbal bouquet and a slight taste of aniseed.
Fine, fresh, rich and powerful, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif, diluted with sugar dissolved in water, or as a digestif on ice.

notedegustation :

Nose: very noticeable green aniseed with a light fragrance of wormwood.

Palate: simple and powerful. The dominant flavor in the mouth is green aniseed, accompanied by fennel notes.

Finish: a good length. Marked by bitterness and green aniseed, both spectacular.
