Description :
The 40% vol. Bourgogne Marc from Distillerie Lemercier Frères has a golden amber color. It is created by distilling the pomace, or marc, of Bourgogne grapes. Grape pomace or marc is the remains of grapes after they have been pressed during wine production: it is made up of the skins, stalks and seeds. After distillation, the Bourgogne Marc eau-de-vie is aged in oak barrels.
