Miniature Pascall Vieille Prune
Description :
The fruit comes from all over France, particularly the south-westerly regions. The plums are delivered to us quickly, sorted and checked, then placed in vats to ferment for 4 to 5 weeks. After distillation, the Vieille Prune eau-de-vie is left to age for several months before being bottled.

Around 4 kg of plums are required to make this bottle of eau-de-vie. Our Vieille Prune plum eau-de-vie can be drunk as a digestif, in a cocktail, in cuisine, desserts, confectionery, as well as in ice creams and sorbets or fruit salads.
